Not photoshop and not double exposure - this is a portrait shot from oustide through a window. :)
Well, i did the desaturation in photoshop actually hehe

see how you can't tell where the branches of the tree are and where her locks of hair are? i'm just so fascinated by it.

This is a nice shot, I like the concept and it makes it 100 times better that you did not use photoshop or any other doctoring process, it seems with the easy access to photography every one is a photographer, but what now makes it a decent photo has so much more to do with concept, less the craft of developing.
